Interesting Places in Jedlina
Jedlina Zdrój is a charming town surrounded by picturesque landscapes, offering many attractions both in and around the town. It is an ideal place for nature lovers, history enthusiasts, and those just looking for some peace and relaxation.
Activity Park – Magic Mountain
The „Magic Mountain” Activity Park offers high level emotions! Located at ul. Poznańskiej park, it offers 5 rope park routes, a tobogan run and a climbing tower with three levels of difficulty. ACTIVE complex Jedlina
The Sports and Recreation Complex in Jedlina Zdrój is located between the former railway line 285 (Bystrzycka) and provincial road No. 381 (ul. Kłodzka). The facility includes: a stadium with a full-size football pitch, two training pitches and the “Orlik” pitch, where training, sparring and football matches of the KS “Zdrój” club take place. Jedlinka Palace and Amerika Train in Jedlina-Zdrój
The history of the Palace dates back to the beginning of the 17th century. In the years 1944–1945, it housed the design office of the Nazi Organization Todt, responsible for the implementation of the “Riese” project. Currently, the Jedlinka Palace is in the hands of a private owner and conservation and renovation works are still being carried out there. The palace is open to tourists. Mineral water pump room Charlotta
The central square associated with the spa’s centuries-old tradition. This is where the Spa House and the mineral water pump room are located. An interesting fact is that in the 19th century, you could meet patients here especially for innovative therapies using goat milk, developed in Switzerland.
Observation tower at the Evangelical Church
The Observation Tower can be visited from Monday to Friday from 12.30 to 15.00. A prior telephone contact at 697 313 390 is required.
Railway tunnels under Mały Wołowiec
The longest railway tunnel in Poland – Jedlina Góra station. The 1,601 m long object was excavated in Góra Mały Wołowiec in 1907-1912. Right next to it there is a 1,560 m long tunnel built several decades earlier. Ventilation chimneys in the tunnels lead to the top of the mountain.
Singletrack in Jedlina-Zdrój
Singletrack in Jedlina-Zdrój has four routes with varying degrees of difficulty. The green route is intended for beginner cyclists who just want to try their hand at singletrack. The black route is the most difficult. Also blue and red routes. It is worth defeating each of them to see which one we like the most. We invite you to the picturesque surroundings covering four mountain ranges: the Owl Mountains, Wałbrzyskie Mountains, Kamienne Mountains and Suche Mountains. The region offers over 500 kilometers of bicycle routes of varying difficulty.

We present several historical attractions located in close proximity to Jedlina-Zdrój. In most cases, the distance does not exceed 40 minutes by car from our guesthouse.
Osówka underground complex belonging to the “RIESE” project
The Osówka Underground Complex is located just over a kilometer north-east of the town of Kolce and the same distance north of the town of Sierpnica. Work began here in mid-1943. They led to the creation of a huge system of concrete corridors, fortifications and halls. The purpose of the work was kept secret. According to some, it was supposed to be Adolf Hitler’s secret headquarters. ADDRESS: ul. Świerkowa 29 d, Sierpnica, 58-340 Głuszyca.
Walim Adits
Another mysterious underground remnant of the mining and construction works carried out in the Owl Mountains during World War II, after the Osówka complex. The total length of the underground workings is approximately 500 m.ADDRESS: ul. 3 Maja 26, 58-320 Walim, Tel.: 74 84 57 300.
Museum of Military Technology – Riese – Molke
The area of the former “Wacław” mine in Ludwikowice Kłodzkie is a very interesting facility with mysterious, unrecognized underground infrastructure and the famous “fly trap”, the purpose of which has not been fully explained to this day. It serves as a training ground for organizing all kinds of events and training. The tour takes place with a guide. Along the route there are military buildings and ground infrastructure closely related to the Riese Project. The trail runs in the immediate vicinity of the Molke Museum.
Great Owl
Wielka Sowa (1015 m above sea level) – the highest peak of the Owl Mountains in the Central Sudetes, in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, belongs to the Crown of Polish Mountains. At the top there is a concrete observation tower (from 1906). The place is a fantastic viewpoint of the entire Central Sudetes.ADDRESS: ul.Fabryczna 37d, 57-450 Ludwikowice, tel: 510 144 145.
Water dam in Zagórze Śląskie
Water dam in Zagórze Śląskie – a stone dam on Bystrzyca creating Lake Bystrzyckie, administratively located in Zagórze Śląskie, although physically it is closer to the town of Lubachów. Built in 1917, the length at the crown is 230 m, the width at the base is 29 m, and the height is 44 m.
Grodno Castle in Zagórze Śląskie
An over 700-year-old stronghold located on the picturesque Bystrzyckie Lake. The first documented mention of the building dates back to the 14th century, although according to legends, a wooden watchtower built by a knight from England was already built here in the 9th century. On the sightseeing route, among others: gate building, chapel with a Renaissance portal, torture chamber, hunting hall and upper courtyard.
Książ Castle in Wałbrzych
The third largest castle in Poland and the largest mountain castle in Europe. Dreamily situated on a rocky promontory on the Pełcznica River in the Książański Landscape Park. The first mention of the building dates back to the 13th century. The estate was successively owned by, among others, Bolko I, Prince of Świdnica-Jawor, King George of Poděbrady of Bohemia, King Matthias Corvinus of Hungary and the Silesian Hochberg family.ADDRESS: Piastów Śląskich 1, 58-306 Wałbrzych.
Palm House in Wałbrzych
The Palm House in Wałbrzych is a facility with an area of approximately 1,900 m², located in Lubiechów in Wałbrzych, at 158 Wrocławska Street. It is one of the oldest facilities of this type in Poland, built in 1911–1913 on the orders of Henry XV von Pless. The palm house, with a café and a plant shop, is open to visitors. The palm house grows over 250 species of plants from all over the world. The inside walls of the palm house are covered with volcanic tuff from Etna.ADDRESS: ul. Old Mine Center of Science and Art in Wałbrzych
The Old Mine Science and Art Center in Wałbrzych is the largest post-industrial tourism attraction in Poland, located on the premises of the former Julia Coal Mine (“Thorez”). Currently, it is 4.5 hectares of historic post-industrial buildings, enriched with authentic equipment, including a secured mine park that is open to visitors.ADDRESS: ul.Piotra Wysockiego 29, 58-304 Wałbrzych.
Porcelain Museum in Wałbrzych
Founded in 1908, the museum has over 10,000 collections. objects from the Silesian porcelain collection, originating from Wałbrzych factories and from European manufactories and factories.ADDRESS: ul. 1 Maja 9, 58-300 Wałbrzych.
